March 2021. Babel, one of the largest digital transformation consulting firms in Spain, has opened up its capital to Aurica (private equity firm based in Barcelona) in order to assist in the expansion of its business.

Along with Aurica, a Spanish family group introduced by Embarcadero has participated in the operation as a co-investor.
